It's the sensible shoe in a world of high heels and sneakers.

FAQs

How To Replace Headlight Bulbs On a Toyota Corolla 2013

  • Turn Off the Lights: Before you start, ensure the vehicle's lights are turned off.
  • Locate the Faulty Bulb: Identify the side where the bulb needs replacement. If the side marker light is functioning, it indicates the headlight bulb on that side is the one to be replaced.
  • Access the Bulb: Reach into the headlight housing. You'll find the bulb socket in there.

Remove the Old Bulb:

  • Grasp the bulb socket and gently turn it to release the bulb.
  • Once it's loose, pull the bulb out.
  • Press the connector to detach the bulb from it.
  • Note the bulb size, which is 9006 for this model.

Install the New Bulb

  • Take the new 9006 bulb and connect it to the socket. It should click into place.
  • Be careful not to touch the glass part of the bulb, as oils from your skin can shorten its lifespan.
  • Insert the bulb with the socket back into the headlight housing. Align it correctly.
  • Turn the bulb until it locks securely into place.

Test the New Bulb

  • Turn on the headlights to ensure the new bulb is working properly.
